Choose to bike between 2 distances of 20/40/100 miles depending on your endurance level. All distances start at Short Fuse Brewing and venture down the Des Plaines river prairie path and weave your way to 2-5 local breweries depending on your selected distance.

Route #1 start time: 9am/8:30 check in

Distance: 36 miles round trip

Skill Level: Beginner to Moderate

Stops: 2 stops at More brewing and Noon Whistle Brewing

Route #1 details: Starts at Short Fuse Brewing Taproom and takes you along the Des Plaines River Trail and links up to Illinois Prairie Path Trail. Stop 1 is at More Brewing in Villa Park and will stop for a break, snacks, and beer. The route will continue to Noon Whistle Brewing in Lombard for a break, snacks, and beer. We will then make our way back to Short Fuse Brewing for the stretch home. Once we are back to Short Fuse, we will celebrate the release and enjoy tasting Low Visibility, our new low calorie hazy IPA. This new brew is made with electrolytes which will help us hydrate after the long ride while we sit back and enjoy the live music and prizes.

Distance: 80 miles

Skill Level: Advanced

Stops: 2 Stops at Penrose Brewing and Noon Whistle Brewing

Route #2 details: Starts at Short Fuse Brewing Taproom and take you along the Des Plaines River Trail to the Illinois Prairie path and weaves you all the way to Geneva where you will stop at Penrose Brewing. After a stop at Penrose for rest, beer, and a snack we will hit the trail to Noon Whistle Brewing to join route #1. After a break and beer at Noon Whistle will then head back to short fuse brewing Once we are back to Short Fuse, we will celebrate the release and enjoy tasting Low Visibility, our new low calorie hazy IPA. This new brew is made with electrolytes which will help us hydrate after the long ride while we sit back and enjoy the live music and prizes.
